Organic Whole Grain Einkorn, Fresh Stone-Ground & USA Grown, Heritage Grains of Shenandoah- great for gluten issues (Fresh Ground Flour, 5 lb.)

I don't use flour or eat anything with flour, primarily due to the glyphosate content in wheat, which is highly processed and sprayed at the end of the growing season onto wheat. I sometimes, however, just need a tad to dust something in and decided to purchase this brand for those needs. The consistency isn't quite the same as normal store bought flour but I feel I'm doing something better for my gut lining by using this on the few occasions when I need flour.

Was thrilled, being gluten free, that there is actually a wheat flour with gluten that I can eat! The flour was expensive, but fresh, and the bread was delicious!

Shipping problems. Got this after 3 weeks. It's supposed to be very fresh.
