The scent is lighter than I remember. Leaves my skin soft and clean

Not familiar with the brand, the fragrance is pleasant, not overpowering, and the size of the "rounds" (not bars) is very easy to handle. Not too large and not too small, it's perfect for use with a traditional soap dish.Although the soap is a greenish-gray, the color doesn't bleed onto washcloths as some other soaps can do.Doesn't dry the skin, for the price, very reasonable, made great stocking stuffers this year at Christmastime.Recommend, will purchase again.

Maja is floral, spicy, sensual and intensely feminine. Still the soap I fell in love with in the 1970s, still so evocative of a scent that would be worn by a beautiful woman (I had aspirations!). Creamy lather, never too harsh for my skin, even in winter.

I was curious to try this soap and I am not disappointed. First off, the packaging is beautiful, wrapped in a classy and feminine red and black. This three pack is very giftable. The soap is individually wrapped in black tissue sealed by a sticker. The soap itself is green and stamped with decorative design and lettering. The scent is kind of old fashioned but still smells fantastic. It smells spicy and aromatic like men's bay rum aftershave. It has notes of carnation and cloves mostly, and a little rose gives it a soapy smell. It will leave a noticeable scent on your skin after you shower. Not too strong but noticed when smelling your skin up close.The soap is not particularly drying or moisturizing. It lasts less than a French triple milled soap, but longer than cheap soap. I'd say the performance of the soap itself is average, but the presentation and scent is what really sells it.

Love the soap. The scent reminds me of my lovely mother who passed a couple of years ago. I purchase it regularly. Beautiful scent.

Ooh I love these great smelling creamy moisturizing bars of soap. They continue to stay hard in the soap dish and don't melt away. The rose smell and other notes stays.

I’ve been obsessed with this soap and scent ever since I travelled to Spain. Smells so good and my skin feels really clean. Be careful when ordering these and definitely check out the reviews because I have ordered these from other vendors on Amazon and I think they were counterfeit because it didn’t smell or lather the same. Was more waxy and less scented. Just really weird. Not soap like. These are the ones you want!!
