i'm really glad i got this clay pot - the food comes out tasty and the cooking process is simplified. By using much less fat or no fat at all, I will be able to eat healthy and lower my cholesterol levels, hopefully.

We visited a friend who prepared dinner using this roaster. Dinner was delicious and we had to get one.Used once so far but will become part of the arsenal I'm sure...

Beautiful Clay Roaster
We haven't had a chance to use the roaster yet, but are impressed with the workmanship and looks of the pot. Very High quality workmanship.

BROKEN
I have waited for this delivery with high hopes even though I saw other reviews about broken pots. This was smashed to pieces. The product box had no protective packaging and it was placed inside a huge box, again with no bubble wrap, packing paper or peanuts. I will search for another seller and hope for a successful delivery of an intact pot. I had one in the 80’s and loved it. I really look forward to eating those healthy and tasty meals that come out of these amazing cookers.

Make sure to soak both top and bottom No preheating.
I love cooking with this clay pot. The food turns out perfectly

You have to put it in water first for about 30 minutes and that gives it moisture before cooking
To bake my coca-Cola, ham for Christmas. It’s great cooking turkeys too. I love the clay pot.
