I just love watercolour and have been painting for pleasure for 4 years. These brushes are comfortable to hold, have lovely tips, spring back really well. I tested all 12 and happy with the doodling above. Would reccomend!!

Great feel in the hand

You get what you pay for. Good value and sufficient for purposes. The brushes are not well cut and flay out but there are enough of them to make good. Painting in oils I use a variety of brushes which are only there only to make marks and shapes in the oil paint onto the canvas. Avoid expensive brushes in oils but settle down to your 'favourites' which may include cheap ones that last several months. These are worth a buy and you get plenty of them.

Found these brushes to be high quality and very precise for fine line painting

Very competitively priced. No hairs fallen out of them like some cheap brushes. Struggled to get a consistent line though using gouche for an outline. However, I will continue to use them, although not sure yet if gouache is the right medium for best results. I am using designer's gouache. They look ok, too. I needed the range of sizes in round brushes. If I get more expensive brushes later, I can still use them to mix paints and for some techniques.

These are good brushes in a range of sizes.After one use some of the varnish is coming off the handles- which doesn't effect their use, but is a bit annoying. The bristles do not come out- which is a good thing!
