He gave a 4 star review, not because of the product. But because of the shipping, it was delayed a week from expected shipdate, when purchased. Something about an approval pending. Don't know from who but ok. Received the product nicely packaged at end. So far product is easy on the skin and showing results a week into use.

Especially good feeling after shaving. Nice moisturizer too.

Had the product for just over a week now & really haven’t seen any differences in the small aging lines around mouth or chin. Trying also around throat skin area also. No change there either. Will keep on trying.

I have been buying and using this product for over 3 years, it seems this is a bad batch, after applying there is a thick white residue left on the skin, when it touches facial hair or beard you have to use a rag to clean your face. I am hoping it is a bad batch that needs to cycle out, I bought 2 so far and it has been the same, I will wait 6 months to try again. If after 6 months it is the same, I will never buy it again.

I used this for 3 months, was excellent. Ran out and re-ordered, new product is thicker like hand lotion and not as cooling. Not as good for facial skin, less moisture, dries too quickly....I am adding some distilled water to thin it out. Something is wrong with the batch or they switched up the composition. Please return to the original formula!
