Exceeded My Expectations
This hair drying tool works way better than I expected. The knob to turn it on is well designed for ease while blowing out my hair, and it did not overheat. I wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Not well designed - too awkward to use
I have tried to persevere with this, thinking it was just because I had become so used to my last hot hair brush over the years, but I'm admitting defeat.The brush is quite heavy and awkward to hold. The switch is a ring around the base of the brush that has to be twisted to switch on/off and change settings. It's just in completely the wrong place because as you hold the brush and rotate it to curl hair your hand naturally rotates over this ring switch and accidentally changes settings all the time.I just really don't like it and have even gone back to an old hot brush that barely has any bristles left as even that works better than this.
