The product is derived from Porcine (Pig) Collagen. That's why they don't list the animal on the label, because they know that people won't buy if they knew. Notice how on their other Collagen products they clearly state "Bovine" Collagen? If you look at the label in Canada, where manufacturers are forced to list the Collagen source on the label, you'll see that it's listed as Porcine (Pig) Collagen.
