Works GREAT!
Normally I purchase the green insoles for my shoes and have always been more than happy, but my current shoes did not have insoles I could take out and replace....I needed something thinner to go inside. I thought I would give these a try and I was NOT disappointed! Let me start by saying I didn't just try them on and call it good, I wore them in my shoes and then walked around our local amusement park for TEN HOURS and at the end of the day my feet were tired but did not hurt and my knees and back felt great! These work just as well as the green insoles, and the perfect match for shoes that are a tight fit.

Comfort and price
Been on my feet most of the day as a nurse, this has made my feet hurt less when I put them in my sneakers.I also swapped it with my hiking shoes. Very comfortable and puts my weight where it needs to be. I tend to walk so I wear out my heals on the outside.Take care of your feet, you can thank me later!

Great insole, not so great price.
Well built and work nicely in runners and light hikers. Provide the amount of support I need. I'm a slight to moderate overpronator. I'd give these 5 stars if it weren't for my opinion that all Superfeet products seem 15-20% overpriced for what they are. They are the best out there and Superfeet prices them as such.

Yes - they are thin!
I have a pair of very low profile minimalist gym shoes for travel. I needed VERY thin inserts to give these low rise shoes some minor comfort - without my heel coming out. These do just that - they are thin enough to fit and my heel does not pop out - but its only very modest cushioning. I dont think thats any knock on these - superfeet makes amazing products that I use - its just that these are thin and thats what I needed.

Fit in Thursday boots
My Thursday boots I have had for 4 year and they still look great. The upper of the boot has aged nicely soft but strong. The insole on the other hand is smooth silky but comfortable if worn for more then a three hours. Removing the insole liner and adding one of these add a world of a difference. I can still wear my boot for 8+ hours. I no longer have wonder if it was time to dump these and get some new boots. These insoles have definitely added another year of life to my boots.

Wanted to like, but didn't work out.
I spent a LONG time trying to figure out what insoles I wanted. I came across a bunch of brands but Superfeet seemed to be really popular so I researched them for a while.I was looking for something for general comfort for walking around, but also occasional running and disc golf. I was in between getting the normal Green insoles, the Trailblazers, and these. I decided to get these since they were thinner and I wanted to make sure they fit in all my shoes.I got the insoles and was sort of... not disappointed but not thrilled with the general impression. The foam was very firm and thin. The Horse shoe heel cup is hard plastic which I was half expecting, half expecting it to be really stiff foam. I put them in a pair of Nike free runs, which if the insole fits in there, it will most likely fit in any shoe, and it did fit so I was happy about that. I wore the shoes for a quick trip to the store and they weren't comfortable, but also weren't uncomfortable. I did notice that my back was kind of sore in a different area with these insoles that I've never really experienced. My real test was putting these in my Adidas Terrex AX2 for disc golf. I don't run when playing or anything, but the terrain does change a lot and there's impacts and all that too. And after one round I was... okay about the insoles. My heels were rubbing which didn't happen before so I started lacing different which also didn't help. After the second round I played with these insoles my feet hurt so bad. My rounds normally last anywhere from an hour and a half to 2 to 3 hours.I wore the insoles for so many rounds at different courses with different terrains and in other shoes just walking around and even in different shoes to play in. And every time I took my shoes off my feet hurt really bad. I just was not happy with the insoles. The foam around the ball of my feet and the heels also went flat pretty fast so I'm assuming that didn't help. I'm very glad I was able to return the product. I may give a different style a try but at the moment I don't think I will.

For normal feet
I love super feet and bought the hiking inserts which give me enough support for my arches. This thin version is okay but I could use more arch support. Maybe I should have purchased the high arch version. Great quality ! Sturdy but comfortable. Find the one that works for you is my suggestion. I am going to order more of the hiking innersole !

great support with little effort
I use these in my shoes without removing the built in arch support. it provides that little extra that I need. I have used it in my BZees shoes and boots and my Brooks atletic shoes. both shoe brands provide good support, but i needed just a little bit more. Also I wear a size 9 womans shoe, but I use the insole size for up to size 8 womans.
