I was getting ready to write a bad review bc I've tried a lot of different products and I mean a lot.im almost 58 years old. I've lost about 3/4 of my hair in the last 3 years. I had long beautiful hair my whole life. Now what I do have left is broken and Frizzed so bad, I'm embarrassed to leave the house. This conditioner actually made my hair feel soft again. The reason for the 3 stars is it didn't take the frizz away and it's a trial size bottle
