The box says made in China, but so far looks very well made, I had it now for a couple of weeks, I use it for tracing holes centers on sheet metal parts

Q: If you scribe a line with the center head then flip the whole tool over is the scribed line still visible and right where it should be?

The workpiece needs to be rotated, not flipped over.
