I always wear a straw hat with a brim when gardening & tiny flying insects are always hovering at & under the brim. Same with husband & his baseball caps. Got this to spray on top & bottom of brims to keep the insects from flying in our faces. Did not want anything with chemicals since I did not want to breath them in. This really does work to keep those flying insects away from our faces & without the toxic chemicals of other sprays. Nice scent & not over-powering. We both really like this insect repellant & we each keep a bottle handy because we are out in the yard a lot.

Used on me and my dogs and it keeps the bugs away, at least for the two hours I was outside in my usual spot in a park. Bugs are always there, especially flies since it is a dog park so bugs are attracted to the poo even though most people pick it up. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I don't know how long it lasts, I am only outside for 2 hours at the most. The dogs don't mind the nice small and the smell lasted a few days on them.

Smells really good--- did it repel the skitters and cicada fleas that appeared this past summer not so much seemed to work for a bit but not long after applying. Not sure about re-purchasing due to the amount of bites I did get just being honest!

I bought this bug repellent before going to Florida during yellow fly season couple months ago as a suggestion from a friend that lives in Florida. Well me and hubby were fishing in our boat around some grass sticking up out of the water in the bay and here comes yellow flies. He got bit and I pulled this out is my bag and sprayed my legs and feet and lower arms and asked him if he wanted some but he was too busy fishing I told him ok well let me know if u want some. About 10 mins later he has gotten bit about 3 times and yellow flies are like souped up horse flies they draw blood and hurt very bad during that time I had not gotten bit they flew around me but went for him. He threw done his fishing pole and said where is it I handed it to him he sprayed like me and it lasted all day out on the water in our boat around grass in the bay where they live and can smell live people to suck blood from but don’t know what is in this that they don’t like but turned their noses up to us. Recommend to buy and keep on hand. Put one in your boat one in your camper and one in your house and truck. Well worth the money.

This product has a nice smell, and it does the trick, it keeps the bugs away.
