Powerful and Convenient Power Bank
This power bank works really well so far. It comes with a wide variety of adapters, including Apple Thunderbolt, which made me really happy. I didn’t have to go searching for a separate charger. The display showing the current battery percentage is super helpful and easy to read.I also like that it has multiple output options, including a 100W PD port and another that supports up to 24V. It’s compact and portable enough to carry around, which is perfect for my holiday travels. I’m planning to use it with my sound system on the go and I’m excited to see how it performs in real use.So far, no complaints. it’s been a solid and convenient charging solution!

Powerful and Reliable
The 64000mAh capacity easily charges my laptop, phone, and tablet multiple times. The 100W USB-C output works great for fast charging my MacBook, and the multiple voltage options are super handy. It’s a bit bulky, but that’s expected for this much power. Great for travel or anyone needing serious backup energy.

Heavy and powerful
This is a solid charger. It takes anywhere between 6-8 hours for a full charge but you get a lot of juice out of it. Handy for all-day use with charging phones / tablets / USB devices. I like that it can run my 24v gear! Powered an entire small music setup with it today. Comes with adapters for most any laptop or device, along with MagSafe. Recommended!Update: we recently lost power for a week and this pack was able to provide us bright USB powered light the entire time. And charge multiple phones and tablets. Amazing.

It’s not turning off after 3 months of use as UPS.
It’s not turning off after 3 months of use as UPS.Long press or plug out all cables doesn’t wok.Device doesn’t charges via USB C port and not charges external devices.Brilliant idea of device, but lack of control possibilities (one button) and displays different aspects of functionality (total output, pass through regime)Now I just afraid to keep it in a bag, cause it won’t turn off at all.Long press and display is turn off but in 2 sec is on again.

EDIT! after 2 years, a defect emerged!
The media could not be loaded. Long story made short, this product is excellent! I have tested the device and its dc to dc converter is about 96% efficient! No complaint here at all. The charge indicator is not perfectly accurate, but no charge indicator is. This unit outputs 120 watts steadily for an hour and forty-seven minutes! Better efficiency than I was expecting. It recharges very well from a pd charger and I have had no issues. Given the battery's chemistry, I would expect a life span of around 300 charge-discharge cycles. I have not cracked the battery open to see exactly what kind of cells it uses, but on the surface, everything is on the up and up. This battery is certainly worth the price tag!EDIT!!In December of 2022, the battery began having an issue which I posted a short video about. The display is supposed to turn off when the power button is held down for 3 seconds. The display has been spontaneously turning itself back on within about 3-5 seconds of being turned off. This causes the battery to drain itself from 100% down to 1% in roughly 3 days. This kind of full disharging and (presuming you continue to keep it charged) recharging will significantly reduce the lifespan of the battery pack. This may be a glitch related to the battery pack's volatile memory. Allowing the battery to self-discharge enough to power down the display will clear out the volatile memory in the microcontroller that governs the battery pack's behavior. IF, and this is a big if, you can manage to time things perfectly, it might be possible to recover the battery by recharging it by the dc input once the pack has discharged enough for the display to remain off for at least 5 minutes. If this can be done, the volatile memory should be cleared from loss of power and recharging it will restore power, giving the unit a clear memory to work with. If the cause of this defect is an error which occurs in the volatile memory, the display should resume proper operation! I will try this and post results.EDIT! I was able to recover the battery pack via the method I mentioned above. I used an led desk light to discharge the battery until the display could not remain powered. At this stage, the display was flashing on and off. I allowed it to self-discharge over night. In the morning, the display was off due to low voltage. I plugged in the dc charger and the battery came back online! I allowed the battery to charge to 100% and the error was cleared!

Stopped Charging after 2 weeks
I purchased this charger because of the size and at first I loved it. After 2 weeks, the USB-C plug stopped working.I am bummed because I invested quite a bit and was very impressed at first. Hopefully this was just a faulty product. Will update if I am able to get a replacement.
