Awesome distraction while at work.
These pair up well with the app and have great sound. I wish the noise cancelling was a bit better, but having hearing aids may impact that capability, so It may be more of my issue not the headphones. They do block out quite a bit of noise and then put music on top of it, I can be emersed in music not my coworkers conversations. Huge bonus! The charge lasts for quite some time, I don't have a specific number of hours to share, but it is not a hassle keeping them ready to go. These seem to fit people with smaller sized heads a little better. My coworker says they squeeze them a bit, but I have no issues with the size. Would I buy them again? YES!

New Product / Great Sound Quality
Glad I was able to get this headset in a reasonable deal. Great product. Can set up EQ settings with smartphone app.

Best over ear headphones!
Pricey but worth the extra cost! I recommend buying the complete kit with cords and case, as I did. There is a newer headphone avail from Sony, MX5 but everything I read said that the MX4 is still the best.Completely charged it 2 months ago and still using it on occasion still on first charge. Clarity, excellent. Comfortable. Added features work well. Love the auto-pause when removed from head. Worth the price paid. If you want the best, these are the headphones for you!

REALLY good sounding headphones!
Great bass!! Adequate volume (I'm substantially hearing impaired, so mostly run them at full tilt, much of the time).Superb Bluetooth (auto)Pairing. Don't have to jump through hoops/re-Pair each time I turn them on (I have them Paired to my phone AND computer, both). Bit slow to (auto)Pair to the 2nd Bluetooth device (my computer/Win 11), for some reason, though. (Add: still slow for the 2nd pairing).Every now & then... they fall out of pairing with my computer, while watching Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or such. I keep the Speech recog/interrupt feature turned off; so that's not the issue.I have to go into the comp's Bluetooth Settings (a new/expensive, well decked-out Alienware Aurora Ryzen desktop unit), and unPair/rePair, each time. Quick to do, but mildly annoying. No such issue with my other/older Bluetooth headphones. Happens every other day or so. Usually not twice of an evening's watching/listening (though, sometimes).Addendum: not sure what the issue MIGHT have been, previously - I was using Firefox for the prior streaming, dropped Netflix, and kept on w/Hulu, which much better works with Chrome - but have now definitely ruled out the hdphns as the issue. It's the browser, Hulu, or streaming, in general; I suspect the latter, but have yet to nail it down definitively, as I've been watching Hulu exclusively (much better selection available [IMHO}).Still no dropout issue with my old phones, though... so... it might be some sort of an interactive issue being contributed to BY these phones. Will Update if I ever figure out exactly what the issue really is.Add #3: Nailed it - a reload of the Hulu page (in Chrome) solves it every time. Since it occasionally happened w/other streaming services (while using Firefox), I'd have to attribute it to the streaming process, in general (I'm also on a VERY reliable, symmetrical 100Mb/sec. feed). So... definitely NOT the hdpns' fault.I would add that once you get the verbal battery warning (at 20%), the headphones still rally on for at least a couple of hours, or more. I like the sound/comfort of them so much that I was considering buying a 2nd pair to switch off with, once the battery warning is reached. Now knowing how long the bat lasts after the warning, I'll just stick with my old pair as bkp (these Sony headphones also recharge very quickly).I would also note that besides remaining comfortable to wear after hours of listening, the ear cups and top pad seem to be quite sweat resistant. I love hot foods and sweat very easily/profusely. By this time in the life of my othe/older hdpns, the cups and top pad were already showing the beginning signs of deterioration. I rlpced the cups, later; and, remembering/anticipating, I bought a spare pair of cups with/for these new Sony hdpns. However, it appears I may not need them for another year... or three. BTW, I wear the phones an avg of ~ 3 to 4 hrs a day; sometimes, more.Love the Auto-Off feature; works very well.Stunning Noise Cancellation! The tap controls of/on each ear cup don't work well/reliably for me. Not a big deal for me, but a bit disappointing in a pair of headphones so expensive. Maybe I just have too dry skin (I'm 73).The Quick Start guide/instructions are the worst, most inadequate I've ever encountered for ANY electronic device!! Again, particularly disappointing for such an expensive unit. The phone app is alright; and required, if you really want full control of the phones.Locating/downloading the Manual was a bit of a difficulty, too, though. All told... expensive, but, I feel...(still) worth it.Recommended.

Excellent headphones. Excellent deal.
With the deal these were listed at, I was very skeptical. But these were brand new and beautiful looking. They came in perfect condition, packaging was great. I recommend getting the Sony Heaphones app on the app store on Android or iOS and setting your EQ to, from left to right, +7, +4, +7, +4, +7 and set the Clear Bass to 10. This will make these sound even more amazing than they were out of the case. 10/10 this are fantastic.

Oh, How I Love These
Not a techie here, I just know what I like. And what I like is BASS. My adult son helped me zero in on these headphones. The first few times I wore them the music gave me goosebumps and brought me to tears. I live in a retirement community and big noise is not appreciated. I get that. Some of us sleep during the day, some of us aren't always feeling well. No longer do I feel guilty about listening to a book/music by carrying my iPhone in my pocket while working in the yard. I do need to remember to keep my voice down outside, however, as I'm told I definitely cannot carry a tune......But I do rock out in the house!
