Q: What is the difference between CoQ10 and Ubiquinol CoQ10

Although the Ubiquinol costs more, you need to take much more of the CoQ10 so it then evens the cost difference. Because of the Ubiquinol's more pure state, you need less but get more benefit from taking it instead of CoQ10.
