Great Quality.
Exactly as described. Good Value. Cheapest Price ( at least when i purchased it) Very chew, sometimes it doesn't feel very nice. No smell. Ok noodles. Doesn't hold the sauce well of course. Thick. I prefer the angel hair ones. Good For on the go easting where i can heat up the sauce and just ad the noodles.

Really not good
I love spinach and wanted some spinach noodles. The description seemed promising. Upon arrival the noodles looked promising. I cooked them and there was no taste to them at all so I just added seasoning. The texture is akin to chewing rubber. They do not break down. You just chew on them like a dog with a rubber bone and get nowhere until you just end up swallowing them. I could actually hear the sound of slight squeaking as I attempted to gnaw these into submission. Perhaps all noodles of this type are this way and as a newbie I am just ignorant. I just wanted to go healthy and I love spinach, but I cannot eat rubber. I threw them out and made rice noodles instead. For the price, these should be fantastic. I am returning the rest and do not recommend any type of food related to these no matter the brand name. If you can't chew it what is the point? The consistency reminds me of the rubber worms I used for fishing. So disappointed.

A must try!
Don't let the negative comments stop you from trying these. I almost didn't buy them but I'm so happy I did. The consistency is not bad at all. There's no taste but you can spice them up. For 10 calories for a whole bag 1/2 a bag fills me up quickly. I put roasted chicken on top and spice it up. I find it delicious!

A good tasting firm noodle!! Love that it’s protein!!
Small portion but a good noodle…firm and only requires heating. I made turkey sausage and mushroom Alfredo with the fettuccine and the taste and texture was very good…more meat mushrooms and sauce to fewer noodle and dinner was great! Fed 2 of us an average portion and I added a salad for a complete meal..,great diabetic meal plan substitute!!

Great alternative to regular pasta
If you're looking for a low cal past substitute - that's the answer! By no means it tastes like regular pasta...it's kind of slime and has almost no taste to it but if you're a volume eater or on a cut it's a great choice. I like to use in any Asian inspired dishes along with a regular rice noodles. It works perfectly for any kind of Asian inspired soups as it mixes well with rice noodles. For Italian inspired pasta dishes, ehh you will feel more of a difference in texture. I believe it's easier to get used the taste being gluten free (as myself) as your tastes buds are used to different tastes and textures. My husband is not gluten free he cant get passed the texture.

Expensive and almost always comes with a bag punctured
1. **Taste:** The miracle rice lives up to its name in terms of flavor. It has a rich, distinct taste that sets it apart from regular rice.2. **Texture:** The texture is another strong point. It's pleasantly chewy and holds up well in various dishes, making it versatile for different recipes.1. **Packaging Issues:** A significant drawback is the consistent issue with the packaging. It often arrives with a punctured bag, leading to potential spillage and contamination.2. **Price:** The rice is quite expensive, which may be a deterrent for some consumers, especially when considering the packaging flaws. While the miracle rice delivers on taste and texture, the recurring packaging problems and high price point might make some buyers hesitant. If these issues are resolved, it could easily become a staple in many kitchens.

Great Alternative - Very Diet Friendly - Versatile Use
Huh - reading some of the the other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. Once received, the instructions are to lightly rinse the noodles in water after draining the liquid they come in then either microwave for a minute or add to a pan on the stove and heat to dry. I decided to just rinse and microwave then cover in a good, keto friendly sauce (Rao's Pizza Sauce). While the texture may be a little different, the fact that they have only a mild spinach-like flavor and not much else allows the sauce to be the primary flavor. The texture is a little different although not unpleasant and made for a great dinner. Will try the stovetop method to test out what happens when the noodles are dry. Definitely try these!
