Great Shiny Toaster that Toasts Toast!
Bought to have a separate GF toaster for my wife, who has Celiac's Disease. Love the look and functionality. I highly recommend this toaster!

Great toaster for the money
I have had cheap toasters and expensive toasters. This one is equally as good as the high end toaster. The only con on this is the cord wraps underneath the toaster, other than that it works as advertised. All settings are exactly as stated as to how brown or light your making your bread or bagel . Large bagels fit with ease .

Excellent toaster
Basic toaster which works really well…what else could anyone want? It’s nice looking, too. I really like that I can set it at the level of darkness I want on my toast, (thanks to the handy chart they provide it’s easy to choose the right level), and it toasts to that level consistently every time.

Kind of expensive
Kind of expensive for a basic toaster. I don't really care for the wide openings- would prefer more narrow which would toast bread faster and more evenly. But, this is a good looking toaster and works well enough.

Evenly toasted on both sides!
This is the first toaster I have ever had that really does toast evenly on both sides. I will say that when toasting is complete the pop up has some force to it. I haven't had it launch my bread onto the counter, but it does shoot up and falls back down. There is a bagel button to only warm the top side while toasting the cut side. I have had it about a month now and am very satisfied with my purchase.

Cheaply Made Faulty Track Mechanism
Cute and was the color I wanted, with features I was looking for. After one year I’m looking for a better quality product. Problem started about 6 months ago. The tracking mechanism comes out of the track when going up and down and then it won’t work. I have to push the track over to get it to go down and the light to come on and therefore brown the bread. It doesn’t brown evenly. One side always lighter than the other. The defrost works for waffles, but I found that after toasting them, they are hard as a brick. When I got the toaster, it wasn’t put together correctly and top alignment was off. Guess I should’ve sent it back then. I would not buy again, unless it was improved.

Go elsewhere for bagel toasting
It's ok. Like any toaster you have to experiment with the browness setting. However, the bagel settign doesn't work. It's supposed to toast one side and simply warm the other side. Nope, same amount of toasting on both sides. If you look at the heating elements they appear the same color of red when heating. Considering I toast bagels 90% of the time this toater has been a waste of money. Not happy.
