THIS IS AWESOME!! 2 wires to 220 and that is all, not 3. EVERYTHING it says it does it DOES. I saved exactly $1800 buying this unit above the one at the big box hardware store! It cleans easy and has under-glass controls that can't be damaged. The whole surface is completely waterproof. BUY this if you love inductive cooktops. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I removed a glass cooktop, I’m replacing it with the induction. The box was in pretty rough shape but it was well protected.My question is, why no ground wire? The one I took out had a 3 prong plug, the induction only has 2 wires. I’m trying to locate an electrician but does anyone know if it is safe without a ground?

I was concerned the cooktop would be damaged when I saw the beat up box but fortunately it wasn’t. I haven’t installed it yet as my house is being built but I wanted to have it for the cutout dimensions and installation instructions.

Its a Great little cooktop easy to clean easy to use super deal and value. Was working great for a month then... we had a problem... wait for it... contacted support, got near immediate response, they immediatly shipped a replacement that also wouldn't run... After a few super helpful and prompt emails including an offer to refund me... I discovered a bad Circuit Breaker, limiting voltage to one leg of power supply.. New 40A breaker.. Problem solved. I can't tell you how fast, willing and helpful the support came. Astounding support team, we just don't see this anymore in any product. Thank you...
