Great customer service. They kept me informed when my screen would ship out along with tracking. Friendly emails.The screen arrived rather quickly. Well packed and the quality is very obvious. Well made product. I purchased the 120” size and with a push of the remote button it rises up and is ready for action.If you love watching movies or sports, this is the perfect screen for your home theater. Love the fact that you can push the remote button to have it go back down in its case and is protected.This is an awesome product. I’m so glad I purchased it. This is better than going to the theater.

We bought the screen for our bonus room. We have a large window in the room and wanted a motorized screen that we could move to be able to still enjoy the window view. The screen housing is very well constructed. Heavy and thick. Something I suspect will hold up with the test of time. The quality of the screen is very nice. Very clear. I have overhead ceiling lights and these lights have minimal to no impact on the picture due to the ALR technology. The operation is very slick and user friendly. It came with two controllers and a toggle dong for my projector. Overall, very happy with the screen.

We have a ballroom we want to keep free for dancing, but also liked the idea of a “movie room”. We bought the Vividstorm and paired it with a VAVA 4K projector. We are very pleased with the results. The combo is very clear in the dark, but as advertised, the pair seem to work well in lighter conditions as well (due to screen design). This is important to us since we plan to try this set up in the living room as well and possibly replace our T.V. We usually “multitask” in the living room and seldom watch T.V. in the total dark. The big advantage of the Vividstorm screen for us is that it is portable (my wife and I can easily move it) and we can keep it retracted in the living room when not in use. This portability is also important for the ballroom since we’ll want to move it out when we are having dances (due to fans and lighting, a ceiling mount projector or screen would simply not work) and so plan to move it back and forth between living room and ballroom depending on the occasion. I have no complaints to date. The “tension” works as it should (impressing friends with how “tight” the screen is when extended) and set up was very easy. I also like the fact we can keep it retracted and “safe” when not in use (we have grandkids!)

Very impressed with the entire experience of purchasing this product. I was a bit nervous at the price and potential for issues, but everything went amazing. Seller was incredibly communicative, packaging was robust, and the product came with many extra details. To top it off, the screen arrived in 4 days shipped from China.The screen itself is sturdy, heavy, and well tensioned with no rippling or warping at any place. Screen came with the ability to make adjustments, but I had no need to and everything worked out of the box.The ALR material is incredible!

I love it so far. Worth the price......debateable. Just expensive. Looks great and works good so far. Had it for 6 months. I choose to leave it up though so if your one to put it up and down all the time to impress people I'm not sure how long it would last. Seems sturdy enough.

The picture quality of this screen is top-notch..... I would love to be happy with this purchase but unless the seller can do something to help this screen is a 1 star due to the screw imprint on the screen... please review picture and beware. $2,500 for screw imprints is so heart breaking.....Other than that this screen is amazing...Update-----Seller contacted me immediately and send me a video on how to fix it. Just have to wait between 7-14 for the screen to fix it self.. will update later

Screen came from China via DHL, fast delivery around 12 days total. It came very well packed and no problems with customs. The sellers answer all my questions promptly and assured me that it comes with 2 years warranty on the screen and 5 years on the motor. No service in the USA but they have a warehouse in US. The quality is great and looks very sturdy so I hope it will last for a long time. Highly recommended.

I've had my vividstorm S Pro screen for half a year and the same issues plague my screen from day 1 with no help from vividstorm customer service. The creases that come with the screen will never go away; even after keeping the screen open for a week a time (multiple times) and using delicate heat treatment from the back side. I kept discovering new marks and defects that are visible when my projector is on. The screen opening is exceptionally loud and can be heard across my house more than 60 away feet down multiple hallways. Worst of all, the screen chassis is not level, both on the Y and X axis. I tried multiple different floors and it was the same on every surface. This is a major flaw that caused my UST projector to have dramatic out of focus corners in the image. I asked for a replacement and vividstorm put me through the longest rigamarole process that I finally gave up after a month of back and forth. I'm back here 5 months after our last contact to warn other people. For such a large amount of money I can't remember making a worse purchase. If you were to return this product, the shipping would cost hundreds of dollars at your expense. I would never buy from this company again. Please take your money elsewhere.
