Everyone's different, but it ruined my guts!
I bought this as I read a study that said Bacillus Subtilis gets rid of bacterial infections. Unfortunately I won't be taking it for long enough to find out as it burns my guts and gives me terrible wind and worse! (You don't want the details.) On the plus side, that must mean that the probiotics in it are live, so that's good. I know everyone's gut flora and reactions are different, so that's why I rated it four even though it's not for me.

It's good for bowel movements but caused me rash
After the first tablet I developed itchiness and in the evenings rash on my neck, on my chest, my bottom had to call 111. I was on antibiotics after surgery so I thought I help my bowels a bit. The doctor said allergic reaction. I wasn't sure if this pill caused it so I took another one. Well, definitely this one. Now I have to get rid of the entire box. Shame, really because it works.

Careful of side effects
I took it for three days. During those I experienced diarrhea and stomach cramps. Gave up.
