Great backup charger for phone and other accessories. Good design
The shape of this thing just makes me happy. Also that it can power things with a USB - c or an apple iphone - makes it really useful. You do need to push the button to charge - plugging your phone into this battery doesn't do anything unless you push the (sleek and nice) little button. So be warned (or read the instructions, which I did not).Rounded edges slide into any bag easily. Great design.Seems to hold a charge well.

Good option for charging devices when not near a power source
I was attending a conference where I knew that I would be sitting for several days with no access to a power source. This Belkin portable charger worked perfectly with the Belkin portable Apple watch charger that I also purchased. It reduced my stress and served the purpose.

Disappointing but hope for resolution
This product is such a disappointment. I bought it in November 2024. It now takes literally 5 (Five!) hours to charge it to full capacity. It then takes an hour to charge my Iphone from 45% to 90%. I bought this as an addition to a 5 yr old MyCharge portable battery because it was lighter in weight. That old charger has the same built in dual cord option and is faster both in charging itself and my Iphone. Such a disappointment. I haven't contacted them yet but hope that Belkin will honor the 2 year warranty as this can't be acceptable performance to the Belkin company either. Will provide update on experience in future.

Great, convenient power supply
I travel a lot. Having a power supply for both the iPhone and iPad is invaluable. I highly recommend this power supply.

Not perfect, but really great
On the larger side for a power bank (I have an iPhone 11 in an otter box and it’s even a bit larger than that, cables are very short. BUT. Those cables (lightning AND USB-C, which covers a lot of devices) are built in and tuck away cleverly. The bank holds a lot of power, and it charges so fast. My phone needs a recharge halfway through the day on the regular anymore, and this is far faster than plugging it into a regular cable, even if it’s a bit awkward to handle. This is the second one my household has purchased - the pros far outweigh the cons

Good power bank
Really good power bank, charging my phone makes it really easy and it is fast . It’s worth the value and the design is perfect to fit in my gym bag. It is really functional.

Didn’t last long…
Well I liked it while it lasted which was only 11 months and used it maybe 15 times so for that reason I consider it an inferior product.Won’t charge now. Just shows one out of 4 light dots no matter how long I try to charge.Such a waste of material etc.
