Great for recovery.

Good gym lift
Could be a placebo but I think these are really go for lifting at the gym. I don't take pre workouts but I think these work well for a lift.

Okay but colourings?
I originally brought the other flavour and had good results, these are the same but I would caution that the orange colour of the chew comes through in your urine, so makes you think you are very dehydrated. Just be aware of this potential.

I thought I'd try the orange-tasting gummies as I like the lime-flavoured ones. What a mistake! I'll stick with lime and avoid these.
