Culpeper's Complete Herbal: Over 400 Herbs and Their Uses Paperback – September 1, 2019

Get this book! But use with caution! While it lists herbs galore, their is no indication or toxic plants, so please cross reference and research! The amount of information is beautiful!

Oldest reprinted book vary good on herbs uses and if they poisonous or not .

The book was in good order: I am disappointed that the illustrations are not in colour and not plates: if this had been clearly stated in the description of the book I would have paid the price for a full colour plate illustrated book.

This is nice to hold, and interesting to read, but lacks a good index. Though the added herbs are nice, if you plan on using the book for any sort of medical reason I would suggest buying a more comprehensive version of this Herbal that includes an index. There are also versions with full color pictures. This is more of a nostalgic book than a practical one.

Lovely pen and ink sketches of plants packed with great information. Love it!

Complete with astro signatures and growing properties

When I received this book, rather than having the lovely smell of ink, it has the smell of perfume. I came very close to returning it because I don't like to open a package and have perfume wafting out of it. :(
