Wouldn’t fit
I had planned to use this fob, but I wanted to keep my original Audi key. The original key fits inside the fob, but it will not latch. I sent it back because I wasn’t going to pay to have another key cut when I had a perfectly good one here.

Perfect fit
Direct replacement of the plastic parts if the key fob. I did not use the metal blank as my original metal key slotted straight in. No issues.
