Sailor 11-3059-304 Fountain Pen, Four Seasons Weave, Rain Sound, Frozen Rain, Medium Point

This is my first 21k gold Sailor nib and boy is it smooth! I love the pale lavender color and inked it with a Sailor Shikiori ink. Just note this model only comes in MF not medium like mentioned in the description. It’s a beautiful pen and I love having it in my collection.

Arrived in good time. This is the best sailor pen I own. The 21k nib writes very wet and smooth, with the infamous Sailor feedback, of course! The pen body is incredibly beautiful. Only thing is that sometimes it doesn’t like it when you try to post the cap. I think the matte texture makes it less capable of holding the cap when posting. I use the black cartridge that came with the pen and refill it with a syringe when I’m done. I left a longer review on my YouTube channel (StationeryDumpling) if you’re interested!! Returned the pen. I have several Sailor pens and do not recommend this one. The pen is very small. The ni is beautiful aesthetically but wrote very scratchy irrelevant to the paper source. The color of the pen was different than what was displayed. While I will always recommend a Sailor pen, this is one line that I can not endorse.

Love this pen! If you are new to Sailor fountain pens, be advised that this is a Medium Fine nib which is somewhere between fine and medium. In addition, Japanese nibs produce a thinner line than American or European made nibs. If you’re not sure about the nib or what this means, search for fountain pen nibs size charts online. That said, this is a beautiful pen and a smooth nib at an amazing price.

I ordered the pen with a medium nib, but received medium-fine. It is a lovely pen and writes very well, but I would still like to obtain the medium nib. Does the seller offer the option to purchase nib unit in correct size?

Purchased this as I loved the color and couldn't resist the price. It does not disappoint. While I cannot tell the difference in writing between this and my Pro Gear Slim, it has the same pencil-like feedback Sailor pens are known for and lays down a slender strip of pooling at every lift of the pen just like the Pro Gear Slim. The finish is darker than that photos and more like what a customer posted as part of their review - a mid range aubergine. Especially lovely is that the finish is slightly matte, which I love as it doesn't feel like it's sliding away as I write. I paired mine with the matching Harahara ink and couldn't be happier.

I’ve had my eye in this pen for a few years, and I’m so glad I finally purchased it. Pen came packaged in standard Sailor white box with two ink cartridges. It wrote beautifully out of the box with perfect feedback. Shipping was very fast, and the pen was well packaged. I will buy from this shop again!

Like others said, it's a beautiful pen. But the nib is a medium fine, not a medium. And despite the description, there was no converter, which meant I had to purchase one.I contacted customer service, and there was no accommodation offered, even for the missing part I had to purchase. The only solution was to return and possibly replace (maybe with the wrong item again?) -- which would be a long process as it came from Japan.
