I had C-19 but not too badly. I caught it at the same time as teo or three others. I started taking this straight away along with a few other things and I recoved very fast and with no sign of long term issues.I'd also suggest you consider this if only for a short period if you are middle aged or older as it might help manage your energy level. Do your own research, there is much info out there in the healthspan/lifespan community.

In theory these are anti inflammatory and anti ageing - for me, having finished the whole package I can’t see / feel any change - I always look in to whether the brand tests their products and where they’re made so I was happy with the quality, I just didn’t feel the benefit. Small enough to swallow easily and no horrible smell or taste on the plus side

I have been taking these Vegan supplements for about 10 days now, not sure if l am feeling any benefits as yet, although, l do have a bit more energy, but l am on a Summer break too, so not at work.I ordered these tablets as they claim to be good for boosting longevity and cognition they also say they are senolytic drugs, which l am reading about, another reason for ordering them was they mentioned autophagy which l am aware can only be produced whilst fasting which l have done quite a bit of in the past with intermittent fasting, doing a 16-8 , 18-6 for weeks at a time, and l did find it beneficial for my well being as its great for giving your internal organs, liver kidneys etc a rest drinking water and doing omad (one meal a day) was beneficial, but l can't find anything to support the benefits of autophagy with these tablets and wonder how they work with that?Anyway, l will finish the course and edit my review accordingly, its nice to see they are Vegan capsules and do not contain any animal geletine, instead they use semolina, and the packaging is biodegradable.

It's too early to know if this supplement is going to make that big a difference in my life, but it's refreshing to find a product that's so filler free, and one that comes (for once) in a re-sealable pouch that opens easily and can be closed up again without any trouble. After about a week of use, I feel a little brighter, less tense and not so prone to needing a nap. I intend to stick with fisetin for at least three months, to see where it takes me.

It's just worth looking into if Fisetin is something you're interested in taking.It's derived from nature, by the way - strawberries, apples, grapes and onions are very high in this particular flavonoid, but it's hard to eat enough of them for the body to extract enough to make a difference in the short term.But short bursts of Fisetin consumption along with a clean diet rich in fruits and vegetables and high quality protein and we're off to the races.Time Health is a great company, too, for the record. They have an incredible supplement called Longevity which is pretty much all of the anti-aging stuff in one capsule. It doesn't contain Fisetin, though.Lastly, Fisetin is wonderful if you're keto. It can aid in autophagy - the process by which your body essentially eats its own unneeded, and unhealthy cells. This is the process that can cause loose skin after weight loss to tighten again... our bodies are just incredible things! And things like Fisetin can give them the help they sometimes need, and very much deserve.All of which to say: highly, highly recommended.

I’ve been taking these ‘Ultra Pure Fisetin’ capsules from ‘Time Life’ for about three weeks now. So far, I have not noticed any major change in how I feel or look. Having said that I’m not quite sure what, if anything, I should be noticing. If they are meant to be a long-term booster to health and anti-ageing then I doubt I would be able to report on the efficacy for a very long time, if ever. On the other hand, they do not appear to be doing me any harm and I have not experienced any unwanted or unpleasant side-effects. They are tasteless and quite easy to swallow and packaged in a re-sealable pouch. Research suggests these are not particularly high strength and there does seem to be cheaper alternatives which are a higher strength. I’ll finish the pack but unless I undergo a miraculous rejuvenation, I am unlikely to re-order.I have given it four stars as it does seem to be of good quality and maybe I just don't understand how I'm supposed to be benefiting from it.
