Have only been taking for about a month but already see improvement. I use to have red spots come up on my arm from blood spots and they have lessened considerably!!

I've heard about the benefits of NADH and COQ10 for helping with resetting and rebuilding mitochondrial action or something or other. I feel like it's a good quality product and it seems to work. I have noticed a slight betterment in my health. (For reference I have added mitochondrial supplements one at a time over several months, and am just rotating through them. Some work well, like L-Carnitine, ubiquinol, COQ10, and even this NADH. Others have not been as effective.)

I heard it was a great vitamin on amazon and so I ordered but have not tried it.

To be fair, I didn’t try more than one night. My thoughts were all over the place. I always try something new at night, in case I have a strange reaction. Kept me up all night, for some this would be a plus. But I couldn’t even focus on one thought at a time, the next one was taking over after a few seconds. Maybe couldn’t started on a low dose instead of the recommended, not sure. Scared me enough to not want to double back.

Excellent product, has helped with my hair, skin, and nails and has boosted my energy and metabolism!

Idk what’s going on at their packaging facility, but they’ve made these impossible to get into. They added a plastic cap with teeth under the regular cap, making it impossible to get it off and results in cutting your hand in the process. I had to take a bread knife to the top of the container and saw through it just to get to the product, which was then covered in plastic shavings that I needed to clean off individually.

Amazing product! I feel better and healthier!
