Q: Will this blade cut cast iron pipe?

it will cut steel but it will wear it out very fast . i am a mason and cut rebar with these blades all the time . not sure about cast iron but softer steel they will cut although they are not intended to be used for that

Yes, you can use this with the DW402 but you need to get the DW4706 Backing Flange. Amazon sells it for $2.99 as an add-on item. You need this flange for any type 1 cutting wheel used on a type 72 grinder (cupped surface disks). BTW, the arbor is 7/8" for disks that don't screw on, and 5/8" threads for those that do screw on. Hence you need cutting disks, like this one, with a 7/8" arbor. This applies for all grinders, not just Dewalt.

Q: Will this grid carbide bits?

This a Diamond Saw Blade, its used to cut tile, brick, concrete, Masonry type work. Not intended for cutting metal. I cut tile and concrete with mine.
