This think actually works, the helmet I'm wearing now fogs up the worst of any I've owned, I tried the anti fog spray and didn't help at all but this thing is awesome!! If you have fogging problems take the time to install this correctly (very simple) and you want have them anymore.

Different than than shown.
I found when I opened it it had a notch at the bottom at the nose and a curved top.Sorry for the rough picture. The curve made me unable to mount the insert high enough on my shield.The insert works well but is too low.my vision sits pretty much right on the top edge.I should have returned it instead of trying to make the best out of it.Learn from my mistake.
