I 've only taken one since I got them but seemed to get my stomach settled after eating a salad. I love salads but they don't love me. So far so good!

Salads do not like me and cause pain if I eat them but I love them. If I plan to have a salad I will take one of these and they work great! I have no or very little issue after.
