Bright and Handy Keychain Light for Everyday Use
I recently decided to try the Nitecore TIKI 300 Lumen Keychain Flashlight from Amazon for my EDC needs, and it’s been a fantastic little tool. As someone who’s always misplacing keys in the dark or needing a quick light for small tasks, this compact flashlight has been a game-changer.This TIKI model weighs just 0.42 ounces and is about the size of a AA battery, making it barely noticeable on my keychain. Despite its tiny size, it pumps out an impressive 300 lumens with a 77-yard reach, powered by a P8 LED with a smooth flood beam, perfect for lighting up a room or finding dropped items under a car seat. The USB-C rechargeable 130mAh Li-ion battery lasts up to 40 hours on low (1 lumen) and charges in about an hour, which I find super convenient since I use the same cable as my phone. The IP66 rating means it’s dustproof and can handle splashes or rain, which held up during a wet hike, as confirmed by Amazon reviews praising its durability. The transparent PC body and stainless steel head feel sturdy, and the included keychain tag makes it easy to clip on or off.The TIKI’s versatility is a big plus—it has four brightness levels (1, 15, 65, 300 lumens) accessed by short presses, plus auxiliary UV and high-CRI lights (triple press to cycle). The UV is great for spotting pet stains or checking IDs, while the high-CRI light is ideal for reading or close-up tasks, as noted in reviews on nitecorestore.com. The controls are simple but take practice—double tap for constant-on, hold for high, or triple tap for auxiliary modes. I’ve used it for everything from late-night dog walks to checking for leaks in my tent, and it’s outperformed bigger flashlights.Downsides? The lack of mode memory means it always starts on the dimmest setting, which can be annoying if you want quick access to high, as one Amazon user pointed out. The UV and CRI lights are cool but niche—some prefer the TIKI LE for red/blue signal lights instead. A few reviews mentioned receiving defective units, though mine worked flawlessly, and Nitecore’s 5-year warranty adds reassurance. At around $30, it’s pricier than basic keychain lights, but the rechargeability and features justify the cost. The Nitecore TIKI is a powerful, compact EDC light that’s perfect for anyone needing a reliable, versatile flashlight on the go. Just get used to the button sequence and buy from a trusted seller like Amazon for quality assurance.

Perfect EDC (keychain?!) flashlight
Perfect keychain flashlight! Been waiting years for an excellent keychain flashlight to release. This is more akin to a full size or 5” long flashlight of 10 years ago too but this is tiny. Couple inches long and puts out 300 lumen! Small enough to actually put on your keychain and not even notice it while putting out a ton of lumens.300 is very bright. It’s plenty for most applications outside of searching expansive areas. This will, for the most part, replace my Fenix 5” long PD32.This has a high IP rating - 66. Better than other options out there. Then it has the auxiliary high cri and uv lights which is cool and has some uses. The button can be slightly fidgety. You have to multiclick it pretty fast to turn on the constant beam and aux lights but it’s fine.Love the usb C charging. I’ll only buy usb C products now - mini usb needs to go!Pretty solid 2 year warranty. Drop rated.30 min runtime on turbo mode (max 300 lumen) which is plenty! This is not only a great keychain flashlight but an all around great EDC flashlight. Can’t beat it for $20 too! Great buy.Just wish it had a magnet in the end or side.

Nifty, Finicky and Fantastically Bright!
I bought this little flashlight to replace my Tube V2 by Nitecore. I wanted something compact that recharges through USB-C and doesn’t break the bank. Here are a few things you may want to know before you buy: Pros 👍- Size: It's literally the size of a single AA battery.- USB-C: Finally, one cord to charge them all! - Brightness: Lumens don't do it justice! This tiny light shines bright!- Quality: Solid and well made.- Brand: Nitecore has carved out a good name for itself in the flashlight world.- Function: This nifty little light offers a few lighting options that come in handy in different scenarios. Here's the gist of it: 1️⃣ From off, press and hold to get a full blast. Let go, and it's off. 2️⃣ From Off, double press to turn on. Once on, a single press will cycle through 4 increasing light levels. Long press to turn off. 3️⃣ From Off, a quick Triple Press gets you the auxiliary UV light mode; a single press will cycle through UV, Bright White, and throbbing (SOS). Long press to turn off. 👉 Give yourself some time to practice different modes and it will become second nature, eventually!Cons 👎Just a couple of nitpicks: - I don't like the rubber flap covering the USB-C port. Those things always fall off.- The one-button operation is simple but not intuitive. You will need to read the instructions to figure out the different modes then do some practice!- I don’t understand why Nitecore felt the need to "bundle in" the cheap little keychain thingy! It’s junk that will end up in the landfill and it adds zero value 😑The Bottom Line 🧐I highly recommend this flashlight. It is an excellent product to have on you, whether you're walking the dog out, going for a jog, or keeping it in your keychain, backpack, or personal item bag on your next trip. It's reasonably priced, well-made, and offers a great set of thoughtful features.I hope my review has helped you make a more informed buying decision 👍😊✌️
