Q: Well i'm a little concerned about the vented lid. where are the vents? is this a contam concern? i've only bought a few orders of dishes previously

There three very, very tiny protrusions located on the inside of the lid, equal distances from each other, located at the 12, 4 and 8 positions. (If you can think of it like that) So that the lid does not sit flat to the plate. This is ideal for aerobic cultures to limit air flow and prevents condensation firming on the inside of the lid. And it minimizes evaporation. I’ve used the plates from this provider for about a year with no issues. I am a microbiology manager for a cosmetic company.
