ich habe mir diese reibe ausschließlich zum reiben von muskatnüssen bestellt und sie erfüllt diese erwartung voll und ganz. als hobbykoch habe ich im lauf der zeit bestimmt schon ein dutzend muskatreiben jeder bauart durchprobiert, doch keine hat meine erwartungen erfüllt. diese bisher auf jeden fall. sie ist deutlich breiter als die bekannte, amerikanische reibe, bei denen ich beim reiben der muskatnuss immer angst habe, seitlich abzurutschen und mit einem finger in den scharfen zähnen zu landen. als muskatreibe eine klare kaufempfehlung.

This is an excellent grater. It’s perfect for things like carrots or cheese and very easy to use – just hold the handle at the top and place it slightly tilted on the surface you want to grate onto, then slightly angle it while grating. The grating holes are nice and sharp to efficiently and easily grate so that you don’t have to press too hard. It’s very easy to clean, but because it has a bamboo handle, it’s not dishwasher safe so wash it by hand (taking care because of the blade).It's great to have a way to avoid using plastic in the kitchen without compromising function, although it does have a plastic clip-on blade protector. You can either store it in a drawer or hang it on a hook as there is a hanging hole at the end of the handle.It’s currently selling at a Prime price of £10.99 which I think is great value.
