Just didn't seem to help our dog.
I really wanted to like this and see results in my dog but after 3 weeks of regular use, I saw no improvement. It seemed easy to use and he didn't mind it, but he is still the same as he was prior to using it. This will be returned.

I was late in getting it returned.
I am so disappointed in this product. Do not buy it. Very hard to turn on and it works no better than the cheap versions. What an expensive mistake on my part.
