I’ve been using these envelopes to ship around the world. They are unpadded and feel thin, but they are sturdy; they’ve taken the contents all safely to their destinations.I did an experiment to test the biodegradability. I took one of the envelopes, cut it into pieces, and buried them in a flower pot outside. They broke down and became part of the soil. And the great part is that it’s a harmless process; nothing toxic is produced. It’s supposed to take about 120 days, but it only took a little over 60 days since I cut it up and had the flower pot in direct sunlight.They are made from cornstarch and PBAT.It’s recommended to only store the envelopes 9-12 months. But, I have stored them longer. They start to feel a little more flimsy, but still no problems sending stuff in them.A white powder may form on them in storage, but it just wipes off easily and they look good as new.

These are classy and well made. Use them for business shipping and customers always ask about them.Not to mention better for the environment. It's a win win!

The media could not be loaded. Great matte black color, quality thickness and seals well. I love that they can be reused before finally being composted. I use regular tape to adhere the label and it works just great. Overall great quality and price point, especially considering customers can give them a second and even third life after use.

Let me tell you, this company stand behind their products 110% .. I originally gave them a 1 star review.. UNTIL they went way way WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right. This company found me both of my Instagrams, messaged me, and wouldn’t stop until they made things right.. which wasn’t necessary… but they completely changed the structure of their bags, insisted to send me the new ones until I finally agreed, and WOW! The original bags, compared to about a month or two later sending me replacement and newly designed bags, was the biggest difference! The customer service they showed me was incredible! Now, I wish they had padded mailers, but the ones they do have are absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommended buying these mailers, not only because of them being 100% compostable, but because if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase, they will do whatever they can to make sure you are!Thanks again minliving and respect! I've been using these for my little shop <33 I initially sought them out because I really did not want to use bubble mailers after reading they aren't recyclable and that's what the majority of stores on here are selling, I'm so glad to have come across this store ! these are durable, they are not bubble mailers, they are bags but they are not thin so you can rest assured that they'll be able to go through the mailing process and come out just fine. I don't need bubbles or anything like that for the particular items I sell, so keep in mind that these don't provide a cushion for delicate and fragile items and you'll have to provide that yourself if you need it. I'd also like to mention that a lot of comments have brought up the smell, in my experience they don't reek or anything like that, if you bring it up to your nose, well then you'll smell the material but that can be said about just about anything. I'm very glad to be using these, they make me feel good about and hopefully my customers have also been appreciative of it, I recommend them :]

I have been looking for a sustainable, eco friendly option to ship larger items in my shop and these work great! I bought the 10x13 pink mailers. I really like how the bag has instructions on the back on how to compost or reuse the bag. The bags are thin with no bubble wrap or other cushion, so just fyi! I ship crochet items in them, they're perfect for what I need. When my package arrived, there was a strong plastic like smell but this has happened with other stationary and packaging materials I've received! It goes away, so it's no problem :) will be buying these again!

Just sent out my first order in this. The adult M shirt fit perfectly, not too tight. The seams seem study and the adhesion is great. Love that it's compostable and that you can have space to cut it so the product doesn't get damaged during the opening, as well as reuse it afterwards. Great for the planet and great for my customers. My customer is a friend so I'll be checking in with her once it arrives on how well it made the trip, but so far I'm very happy and will be reordering when I need more, as well as getting a bigger size for mailing multiple shirts or a hoodie.

Its a nice variety pack, generally though the pull tab to help rip it open is very touchy I I had to start taping over it so it doesn't come loose in the mail which defeats the purpose. I'd rather just not have that feature.The sizes are great, and I've only had 1 bag rip at a seam so far. So they are just kinda okay.
