Bought to use with root touch-up hair dye. Better that using a straight edge but doen't quite cover all the roots due to edge. Can't say how it would do with hair powder.

My bad - I should have checked the dimensions. It is quite useless but so inexpensive, it's not worth the trouble to return it.

No messy forehead
I use this when applying my root color touch up spray. It does the job and makes it look more normal. No forehead overspray.
