Good product
I do not recommend Amazon Prime, they almost never deliver items the next day, they take the same or worse than usual.

Wonderful finish
Truly flat matte look but the colors don’t dull (they actually remain surprising vivid under a flat finish, so if you love flat matte but still want some color vibrancy, then this is for you). Also, has a wonderful velvety feel when holding the finished item in hand, almost like soft touch items. Goes on fairly thin for a canned sealer. While not the worst smelling I’ve used, it’s still strong so recommend spraying in a well ventilated area with a vapor rated mask, preferably outside.

Tricky to use, but worth it for it's unique properties
Overall this stuff is great for what it's meant for. The picture is a face up i did using this stuff, with soft pastels, watercolor pencils, acrylic paint, and gloss varnish to make the eyes shiny. This is a UV protective sealant designed with doll and toy customizers and faceup artists in mind. This is not your normal spray on acrylic clear coat. Do not buy it for that purpose. This spray provides a truly amazing "paper like" texture to the doll or whatever you spray it on, allowing you to use items like soft pastels and watercolor pencils on slippery surfaces like plastic. Do NOT use oil based mediums like normal colored pencils, oil pastels, or oil paints with this sealant; it will cause a chemical reaction that will leave your project gross and sticky. One thing to keep in mind is that this sealant creates delicate, thin layers, that will prevent layers of color underneath it from pulling up, but it is not "chip-proof", so it is not optimal for sealing in acrylic paint on modified doll bodies or other projects. Using this sealant properly has a learning curve and takes some getting used to. Here's how to use this stuff for doll faceups: Step 1. wait for a cool, dry day. Mr. Super Clear works best in cool but not cold temperatures with low humidity. You may be able to get past this by storing the can indoors, spraying your project outside, then letting it dry in an area like a garage, but results can vary. This is what i do and it usually works out for me. Step 2. Get a respirator, gloves, and whatever youre going to be spraying. ALWAYS wear at least a respirator when using Mr. Super Clear, and spray it outside, as it is highly toxic when inhaled. If you're spraying a doll with hair already rooted, mask off the hair by wrapping the hairline in scrap fabric and securing the fabric in place with pins placed behind the hairline, so that you cant see the holes the pins poke. Hopefully the pictures will help you understand what i mean. Step 3. Use two to three light sprays, about a foot away on the doll. The dolls face should be ever so slightly shiny but should not be soaked. Applying too much at once can cause a "water droplet" pattern on the face or smudge colors underneath, and can even cause the sealant to function improperly. Step 4. Wait 30 minutes for the spray to dry. You may need to layer coats multiple times to get the desired amount of texture. If you're a beginner, i would recommend 2 initial coats to on the dolls face to start. Step 5. Throughout the repainting process, apply a new layer of sealant once the colors of your watercolor pencils and pastels dont seem to build up as nicely, or, if you want to "save" your progress. Step 6. Apply 2-3 coats of sealant to finish the face. If you're having trouble getting the paper-like texture then you may be using the sealant incorrectly. Try another layer in more optimal weather conditions, or using a thinner coat may help. This sealant is tricky to use, but it's unique characteristics make it worth it for doll repainters like me. If you're curious about doll customizing i highly recommend you look into the hobby as it is incredibly fun and satisfying to transform dolls into adorable characters.
