Bought these because my knees and joints were sore. Noticed a difference already and it only been a week. I take one with breakfast and one with lunch. The pills are large but in no means a choking hazard. I take them along with fish oil and a multivitamin all at once. If you have trouble swallowing large pills maybe you want to look elsewhere but I have had no issue whatsoever

I am very old.... and one of the things us old people have to face is our joints complaining when we move. Tried a few things to alieve the pain, but how much aspirin or Ibuprofen can you take in a day? I was able to do many things that required bending of joints from my toes to my eye lids with absolutely no pain. Which is good cause I pay a trainer to work me out at the gym. And he believes in WORKOUTS being in CAPITAL LETTERS. I have lost over 40 pounds and added substantial muscle mass.Which caused a problem.None of my cloths fit.Trial and tribulations of life, eh? Seriously, Glucosamine Chondroitin Complex is worth every penny. Get it if you are subjected to achy joints. You won't be sorry.

Started running again after a few years recovering from a back issue and knee issue ... so I decided to start taking a joint supplement. Looking at reviews, I ended up ordering Nature Made brand tablets. I have noticed less knee joint stiffness the day after running and I attribute that to this supplement. The only gripe, and it's almost a deal breaker, is the size of the tablet. I am not a good pill taker and these tablets are too large for me to swallow. I end up cutting them in half to make it easier except the sharp edges on the cut tablets sometimes makes it difficult to swallow. I wish they made this same supplement in tablets that were half the size of these so they would be easier to swallow. Will try to find something that I can swallow easier when this bottle starts to run low as I like the results, just hate the pill size.

The only negative reviews I have read are people’s physiological “inability” to swallow medicine that is not in baby gummy form. Hopefully these aren’t “men” who actually admit that they can’t swallow a pill. This product works! Review the product, not yourself.
