Q: Is the included gasket of decent quality or do I need to spend extra money on the Fel Pro?

Without doing a double-blind study there's no knowing. I, based on the other comment did buy the Fel Pro gasket as well. And used it. It looked very similar, maybe a tad thicker.Interestingly, after disassembly, I think it was ONLY the gasket that had failed/leaked on my engine; the plastic manifold/plenum itself looked ok this time. I'd done this job with corner-auto-parts-retailer parts 100K miles ago. Was bummed to have to do it a second time. Hope I don't have to do it a third time 90K miles from now.Do use a torque wrench. Maybe that's why my assembly failed last time. First time was from an ingnored failing water pump.. and subsequent overheating. You live and you learn! Also, interestingly, GM seems to actually recommend throwing in a can/tube/bottle or whatever of coolant stop leak.. as a prophylactic after doing this sort of job.And now that I think about it, it mighta been my Lower intake manifold that got fried the firs time time. (I thought I'd blown a head gasket, as I had cooant in the cylinders.) If you're going to do that as well, do replace the plastic coolant elbows with metal ones.. which can be picked up for like five bucks.

Q: I understand from prior posts that this unit is the best one for the job beating the similar Dorman unit. How is the included gasket?

I used the included gaskets and had no problems. Car runs fine, no fault codes, and passed the state emissions test.

Q: I replaced the upper manifold in buick lesabre and looks nice. the o-rings for injectors are slightly different. which one to buy?

I bought and used the ac delco o rings. The kit comes with some but I thought the ac delco ones were better

Q: How much is the labor for upper intake

You would have to check with a mechanic, I did the job myself. I had never done it before and changing upper and lower intake took, if I remember right, about 6 hours.
