After comparing many different ones it seems that it's easy to spend a silly amount of money on this kind of thing. This one was a fiver and delivered the very next day, so it made sense.It's tight, it definitely does the job of compression. Whether it helps or not i'm yet to see but it seems sensibleOne nice touch is that one end has a kind of grippy material around the opening, so it doesn't keep slipping up or down. It isn't uncomfortable, even after a few hours and though it would be great if it were a little more plain....it doesn't look as bad as those with buckles and straps!All in all a good buy, at a good price, and a decent quality bit of kit.

This is the 2nd pack I've ordered forElbow as 1st ( L) was very tight but right sizing so gone up a size ( XL ) feels better. Value for money as 2 pk, very soft easy to wear all day. No rolling down the arm, or arm getting to hot to get rashes.No information on washing, I will hand wash and air dry to keep shape.

I thought I'd be clever and put these on to protect my elbows when falling on a surf simulator - bad idea - they only served to rip my skin off more.. so don't buy them for that.However, they are pretty well made, do fit well and add some compression - so it that is what you are after, for the price, you really cannot go wrong.

I got this as I have sore elbow it was too small for my arm it was cutting off my my blood to my Arm no good to me
