Very happy!
It's been running in heat mode now for about 2 months and we couldn't be happier. The nights have been dipping down to about 30 degrees Fahrenheit it's been keeping up without issues. The quality of the components is excellent. The unit is quiet and is so far working great. I recommend buying the wired thermostat and running in "Follow Me" mode. I can't wait for summer to try out cooling mode!

Solid Mini Split, But Documentation and Warranty Policy Are Frustrating
I've been wanting a mini split for my garage for years, and I finally pulled the trigger on this unit. Overall, I'm excited about it—it looks great and functions well so far. The installation was relatively straightforward, though there were a few hiccups along the way.Performance & FeaturesSince the weather is still cool, I haven’t been able to test the AC yet, but the system seems to work well otherwise. One standout feature is the Wi-Fi connectivity via the wired remote. However, setting this up requires an account with their cloud service, and it only integrates with a few platforms like Google, Alexa, and IFTTT. Unfortunately, there’s no local access without an account, meaning direct integration with something like Home Assistant isn’t possible. That said, I found a workaround using a USB adapter by ‘Smartlight,’ which made integration with Home Assistant easy with just a few taps.Documentation & InstallationThe most frustrating part of this experience was the documentation. It was difficult to determine what exactly was included in the kit before purchasing, and even after unboxing, it wasn’t clear whether I had all the necessary components. Some included parts didn’t even seem to connect to anything. The website wasn’t much help either.Another issue was the line set length. The kit comes with 16 feet of line set, which worked perfectly for my setup, but for most installations, 25 feet would have been far more practical. At 16 feet, you’re basically limited to a short vertical drop and a few feet of horizontal reach between the cassette and condenser.I also ran into some trouble with the wired controller. The included cables and instructions didn’t clearly explain how to connect everything properly. Thankfully, customer support responded quickly—I had a solution in my inbox the next morning.Warranty ConcernsOne major downside is that the system requires installation by a licensed HVAC professional to maintain the warranty. Most HVAC contractors won’t install a system bought online or won’t take over a partially installed setup. That means if you’re a capable DIYer, you either have to pay a significant extra cost for installation or risk voiding the warranty entirely. I really think they should offer a limited-term warranty for self-installers rather than no coverage at all.Final VerdictThis unit is well-designed, works well so far, and was relatively easy to install, so it deserves credit for that. However, the poor documentation and lack of warranty for self-installers knock it down a few stars.

Senville mini split
Unit is great. Looks good and very quiet. I would have given it a 5 star but Instructions stink! If your a do it your self kind of person beware. Also the line set that came with it was only 16ft. Not practical for any decent size room. Had to add 33ft. For my application.

Excellent product, even better customer service.
Works like a charm, Sam at customer service was also very helpful when I had to request extra part. He went above and beyond to try to get me the part, and it was free of charge!

A mixed bag.
This product is a bit of a mixed bag. Installing it was a bit tricky as the instructions are a joke. I was also missing the hardware to mount it so I hat to take a trip to the hardware store and wing a few things. If you are a strong DIYer you should be fine. I had to contact support to answer a few questions and they were pretty helpful at least. Lastly, this thing really needs a way to install a thermostat. The remote doesn't seem to do any sort of temperature control. The system is either on or off so that is a pain to control. BUT it is super cool and is a good price!
