I love taking the Kava from now! It’s very calming but doesn’t cause drowsiness for me. I use it in tea mostly! And this is my third bottle! Don’t use it everyday but in times of high stress!

I have a terrible time sleeping and have for a long time. Friend of mine recommended this. It does not make you tired but it definitely helps you stay asleep and get better sleep. I find I sleep through the night a lot better when I take this. It taste horrible btw. Do NOT put this directly on your tongue or in ingest right out of the dropper. I mix it with a few ounces of fruit juice an hour before I go to bed.

So extracts especially when it comes to herbal things are different for everybody. One of these droppers could make you feel really good. Eight of these droppers could make you feel completely different.If you're trying to use kava kava for the first time I would definitely suggest getting the real stuff and not necessarily A tincture. This also did not really agree with my stomach that much (I have IBS) and due to some of the ingredients that you use. It didn't mesh well.I can say it is real kava kava extract it does have the numbing aspect that copacaba has. The dosage on the bottle obviously follow it but if a you've been drinking a while and you're trying to find an alternative I would definitely try the real powdered formula versus an extract.And if you take Kratom this can intensify the effects just be careful.

This extract seemed a little on the low end side. It still helped, but not as much as others I've purchased. Taste is a little more bearable, but I think it's because the potency isn't as good.

I don't usually leave reviews, but sometimes a product comes along that I feel is exceptionally good. NOW Foods and their Kava Kava extract is one of them. I have used other NOW Foods products and I recommend them over any other brand in specific because of the consistent quality and effectiveness of their products. Their Kava Kava liquid extract is a wonderful product that I recommend for anyone who wishes to experience a greater sense of well-being. The liquid can be put into juice or water, and it has a flavor that to me tastes like carrots. That may not be the same for everyone, but for me that is the case. The liquid itself if not diluted well produces a brief numbing sensation in the mouth similar to benzocaine, but far more benign. The effects are subtle but noticeable, and begin to take effect in about 5-15 minutes. Effects last around 4-6 hours which gives you plenty of time to relax and recharge.

I would not recommend this. One 8 ounce shell Of Kava will get you feeling 10 times better than eight full droppers will. You barely feel an anything. No tongue numbing sensation. For the money you can get far better elsewhere.

It's a great alternative if you're worried about your drinking.

I love this product. It works better than I had though. It has a distinct taste which makes it pleasent. I have repurchase this time again. Also it has no alcohol which makes it perfect.
