ResMed AirFit P30i Frame System - Replacement CPAP Frame System with Nasal Pillows Cushion - Headgear Not Included - Small

The ResMed AirFit P30i Frame System is a great replacement for my CPAP mask. The nasal pillows cushion is comfortable and provides a secure seal without being too tight. It’s easy to adjust, and I appreciate the lightweight design. The fit is excellent, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in sleep quality. Just remember, the headgear is not included, but overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable option for CPAP users. Highly recommend!

I've had the f20 mask (nose and mouth) since I started my CPAP 8 years ago. I can definitely tell there's a difference in my sleep, but I'm also so tired of having super puffy eyelids from air leaks and strap marks all over my face so I wanted to give this a try. Worked just fine, but it also gave me a horrible blister in my nostril. I wasn't really sure what size to get so I'm not sure if it's a sizing issue and pressed too much on my nose or I'm allergic to the silicone maybe? I'd say that's more my issue than the headgear though. I will probably try again as I did wake up without swollen eyes for once, and there were far less leaks with this type of mask. This was also less expensive than replacing my regular set of headgear. Packaged well and arrived quickly.

***Updated***Their customer support contacted me and offered to either refund 100% and send it back or keep and get 50% back. Since I had already opened it and was using what I could I opted for the 50% refund. Appreciate them reaching out.————Ordered this mask because both pictures show Medium sized pillows coming with the mask. It showed up with small pillows, which I can’t use. Luckily I have extra medium pillows but if I was solely dependent on what was sent, I’d be screwed.

I previously had a dreamwear nasal pillow set up but I was having difficulty finding replacement pieces in my size so I decided to try this brand and style. It feels just as good when correctly sized, the extra filter seems to be working really well. I have bad allergies and I don't necessarily notice anything different as I'm trying to fall asleep, it's upon waking...I think it makes it really easy for me to have extra sensitive sense of smell. Not in a bad way, I just notice more subtle scents that I normally never notice.The nasal pillows are flexible and haven't caused any sore spots no matter my face down position while sleeping, which is a nice improvement over some brands.The strap sits lower than my previous set up so I no longer have weird patterns in my short hair but that is a rather minor thing for me. No matter what brand or set up, when it is about time to replace it, I have trouble getting a good night's sleep and everytime it takes me a little bit to realize it's just time to replace everything and not get angry with the cpap. So I was overdue when this one arrived and I was so happy to get the restful sleep I so desperately needed.

I’m new to CPAP but I have struggled being a side and stomach sleeper. This is great. Literally slept all night and only had 1 light interruption in my sleep last night. It came with a small and medium fitting and the head strap. Now if I can just stop turning to my stomach at night. On to the next problem to solve.

This nasal pillow has a slight plastic smell to it. It also makes my nose hurt while using it. I have a small nose so I purchased a small one. Maybe it’s too small and that’s why it hurts, I’m not really sure. Maybe I just need to get used to it.

This is the same product that I would get if I were to go to the CPAP fitting store. IT came with S/M/L nose pieces. When using it there is slightly louder breathing noise as I exhale and inhale. There is significantly less, to no air leaks. I can sleep on my side without air leaks unlike using the mask, and the top connection works great as I turn from side to side.

This mask works well.
