Q: How much fiber is in one serving

I usually use about 3/4 tablespoon. It doesn’t have to be heaping either. You might want to work to that. It could make you gassed if your not used to it. It is imperative that this amount is taken with about 10-12 ounces of liquid . If you want, add some juice to water. Alone, it taste like sawdust. Within 3 days you will notice a “big” difference. You have to chug it also. Make sure you don’t let it sit or it will thicken. The added benefit is you will save a tree by using less TP. :)

Q: Does this have ethylene glycol (car antifreeze) in it like Meta Mucil?

Car anti freeze is NOT in Metamucil!! You must be thinking of Polyethylene Glycol which is what Miralax is. Metamucil is just Psyllium husks which is actually good for you, and some sugar for taste. Sheesh

Q: What is the difference between the psyllium husk whole husks and the husks powder?

I believe the psyllium powder is less abrasive in the gut than the whole husk. This is my opinion only.

Q: Curious- What's the difference between this & the colon cleanser psyllium. Do both contain the whole husks? Thanks

I don't know the colon cleanser one. This one is ground up husks...its like Metamucil but unflavored so I like it better. I put it in juice.
