Definitely whitens teeth.
Removes most stains. The mint is painful to those of us who have dry mouths. I was worried about the abrasiveness, but the dentist said it was okay.

Best toothpaste on the market
Hands down the best toothpaste out there! I have been using it for decades. I have never had a cavity since starting using this, my tooth color is off the charts white at the dentist's office and my teeth always feel clean. I also have gotten so many friends using it because while it takes a few days to get used to the taste, soon you'll crave the clean feeling you get with the baking soda. Once you get it, you'll never go back!

The best overall toothpaste brand, hands down
The only brand that makes me and family's teeth feel clean, look bright, and gives us confident fresh breath. The baking soda feels like a teeth exfoliate, while the proxide mix, adds that extra burst of clean. I honestly could never satisfactorily use any other toothpaste than arm & hammer.
