The media could not be loaded. Waited for over 4 weeks to send review to make sure it was all I wanted it to be. I work 10-12hr shifts 7 days solid, off a few and back at it. So sitting so long periods a day even though I try to stand often.The fist day I used I could not believe how much better my back and hips felt but was concerned that after a day or two it would feel like before.Happy to report that I’m still as comfortable after over 4 weeks of long hour use!First of all it is beautiful! Very good workmanship it seems. The color is a pretty light cream.Legs are very sturdy metal, it comes with two sets of wheels- traditional and inline. I use the inline because it rolls on thicker carpet well. Note, most chairs you have to purchase these separate!The seat is wonderful! I did not expect it to be as nice and comfy as it is! You can see by the pictures that even after long use hours for over 4 weeks it still looks fresh and new! I love having the coils and foam on the seat, it feels like you are sitting on nice living furniture!Lumbar adjusts to several levels and the knob on side is easy to use. I love how it fits the curve of your back and helps with proper alignment!One of my non-negotiables was arms that raise- I like to sit close to desk area and lotus or cross legged in chairs and with the arms raising I can do easily!I’m 5’6” and the chair fits me well, various heigh adjustments are an option. Burt is 6’1” and he can adjust to sit comfortably as well.An adjustment know on the bottom of seat allows you to adjust tension for how easily you can recline.I have pictures of sitting as straight as it can and reclined to furtherest position for your reference. It does not stay locked in a reclined position but body weight allows you to recline and stretch easily.I’m 59 years old and assembled by myself in less than 25 minutes. Every thing needed was in the box along with 2 sets of wheels to choose from and extra hardware.It has exceeded my expectations. Very happy with chair. The only thing I would change is ability to sit a little straighter and lock the recline position.This is my personal purchase and review, I’m not a Vine Reviewer. Hope this helps you!!

I love it!! I bought another chair that I thought would be perfect but it was more cute than functional. This chair AMAZING LUMBAR SUPPORT! I like to do puzzles & i needed something I could sit in for long periods of time. I read thru so many reviews on so many chairs. If you’re doing the same - you can stop - this is the chair!! I’m tempted to buy another one just to have for the future. Perfect height adjustment & tons of firm but not hard seat cushion. I put it together by myself & my tip is when you attach the seat back lay it down like it shows & then turn it on its side & it is so easy to attach. I tried holding it up & pushing it against something but turning on its side worked immediately & was so easy. It took me more time to break the box down than putting it together. The tool that comes with it is perfect. I got this in cream & I love it.

Like this chair a lot. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. For the most part, it was fairly easy with the exception of attaching the back to the seat. Only because it was a little frustrating to get the screws/holes lined up (while holding the back/bottom with only one person putting it together. (Two people would have been easier-to help hold, adjust, etc.) But I am a 68 year old woman and managed to assemble the entire chair in about an hour. I am using the rubber wheels and like them a lot. They move around on my thicker carpet ok (better than the caster wheels). I am hoping I don't need a plastic mat later down the road. Adjusted the lumbar setting and seems very good on my lower back. The chair is in a comfortable sitting position for me so haven't tried different "rocking positions". Currently it doesn't rock back very far at all which is my preference so haven't experimented with that option or loosening the tension. The cushion is very comfortable however, I only sit in the chair for 2 - 3 hours at a time. So can't say how the chair would feel after 8 hours of working/sitting. Also, plenty of room in the seat and I can place my feet on the floor when sitting back in the chair. Love the option of flipping up the arms and pushing in under/closer to my desk when done working. Overall, I am very pleased with the chair and worth the price. I would recommend to others.

I work from home and really need a comfortable chair that I can sit in for 8 to 10 hours a day. This was an amazing chair, not difficult to put together and looks great. Cleans with leather cleaner, soft, comfortable, foldable, arms, fully adjustable, and so well padded. You will love this product.

I originally gave this chair a one star review because I discovered that to return it costs more than the chair itself.It's not that the chair was bad or defective. In fact, it is comfortable, easy to assemble, and generally a top notch chair. i was returning it because for me, the armrest spacing is a little too wide for my comfort.Seller response and willingness to rectify the situation was also top notch and left me very impressed and happy.Rather than returning it, they provided me a substantial refund on the original cost of the chair, enough that I not only upgraded the stars for this chair, but will be using it; just need to habituate my arms to a little larger spread. Really shouldn't be a problem but when spending that amount of $, I wanted it as close to perfect as possible.So long as you are aware that this chair can break the bank trying to return it, I think it's still worth the purchase, especially if you're on the bigger side. It's darned comfortable and well made.

I am not handy and I was able to put this chair together. Affixing the back to the seat was a challenge, but I got there. The chair is comfortable, supportive, the right height and sturdy. I bought the brown leather and it looks classy. Was a fantastic upgrade from the standard chair I was using.
