The first dehumidifier I received worked perfectly for about 3 weeks or so. I was very pleased with the amount of water it pulled for the price. However, after about 3 weeks, it stopped working; it would just run and run but no water collected in the tray and it didn't dehumidify at all. It was also past the Amazon return window by that point so I was very frustrated, but I had also received a seller message in my Amazon account from the company when I first purchased the product so I messaged them explaining the problem with my dehumidifier. After trying some troubleshooting suggestions, they eventually agreed to send me a replacement model. When it arrived, it didn't work at all, so I messaged them again and they immediately sent me another model. That third dehumidifier is working perfectly.Despite the issues with the first dehumidifiers they sent me, I am rating them 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. It was way above what I expected, and even though I'm not so sure about the quality of the products, they showed they're willing to make it right.

We put this in our bathroom. We have a bathroom fan that we leave on almost all the time, and it still didn't help with moisture in the air. We started having mold start growing around the ceiling in the shower. We bought this, and cleaned the mold off...and we haven't had ANY mold since then (been a couple months I think now). We also only have the fan on now while the shower is on. We have a household of 4 adults, and just the one bathroom. The water resovoir fills up about once a week and needs dumped. Pretty quiet too. It does heat up our bathroom, but doesn't feel hot to the touch at all. Love this and would definitely buy again.

I’m unsure about this product. I bought one 2 years ago for use in our RV. It pulled water out and we didn’t have a humidity meter so we went purely on “feel”.It would fill the tank in our RV in about 5 days. I attempted to use it in our apartment and felt I should just upgrade. I just bought a house version from an up and coming TV brand for more square footage. 2000 square ft. That model pulled 1 gallon of water out of the air in 4 hours. I didn’t even know that much water was in the air. I was impressed and it brought the humidity down from 60 percent to 50 percent. I think this one kinda does the trick, but if you really care about the humidity in your place, just purchase a larger one with a humidity meter on it. Most likely from a hardware store nearby or target.

I had a huge problem with mold and mildew in my small bedroom in Washington state near the waterfront. Summer and winter mold kept sneaking back and there was condensation all the time on the walls and windows. The large a/c dehumidifier combo I was using was noisy and leaked and needed more cleaning than the walls did; with this one there is no more mildew and dampness in the room and mold has not come back and room just feels healthier! My catbox is in this room as well and it seems to have cut down odor on that a lot too. Love the disco colors! Perfect for my 10'x14' room with old school windows and lots of moisture. Keeps it comfy for the first time in five years of using ceiling fans and big noisy unit and absorbants and you name it. This is just fine and very affordable and holds a lot of liquid.

Smaller than you might think. Basically the size of 2 cereal boxes. But definitely pulls extra humidity out of the air. I have 1 in each of my ABB condos which are oceanfront in Florida and we are always fighting the impacts of humidity.No complaints about a "musty smell" and no visible mildew in the properties since installing these. The bucket needs to be dumped every couple days.Quiet white noise, and has a pleasant, optional, LED glow. Great bang for the buck!

This is the second one I bought. First one is in my RV and running strong, the other is in my storage unit running flawlessly. Not sure that it covers the square footage as it suggests due to it's size and airflow, but it works great for smaller spaces or large room. Water capacity is great, design and size and be either for floor use or countertop use.
