Good stuff
I've been taking a course on herbs and we have to feel how each herb effects us. This herb is one of my favorites. I love how I feel when I use this herb. It was my first time and I enjoyed it very much. It relaxed me a lot and that's exactly what I needed.

Alternative to Chamomile Tea?
No instructions or suggestions for use come with this bag of leaves. There is a recipe for herbal tea in the Product Description on the Amazon page -- 1 cup of fresh Goldenrod flowers + 2 cups of boiling water – but this recipe for fresh picked leaves requires more volume than would dry leaves. I made a cup of hot tea using a rounded tsp. of this “tea herb” in 1 cup of boiled water, steeping for 5 minutes. This produced a pale greenish-yellow tisane that smelled and tasted much like chamomile tea although, to my surprise, I preferred this goldenrod tea. I suspect this will mix well with hibiscus, green and other teas.

Loose Leaf
Bag of Goldenrod Loose Leaf Tea is very smooth and tasty. I allowed it to steep for about 5 minutes.
