Love these houses. They are bigger than the tiny ones so they are easier. It would be a good one to start with before you go on to the smaller ones.

Incredibly tedious
Please make sure you are up for the task, every last piece has to be made by hand and they are very small, and a lot of cutting out tiny pieces of paper. You definitely need multiple tweezers, good glue, tiny little scissors, and a lot of patience! It seems decently well made for this type of thing.

Enjoyable hobby.
This was a ton of fun for my sister and I at Christmastime. We each got our own kits and set about to make our fun, little rooms. It takes all day, parts are tiny, but it was a good time and we have a finished product to enjoy. Worth it!
