Jude: Contending for the Faith in Today's Culture - Bible Study Book with Video Access Paperback – June 14, 2022

Exactly what I was looking for!! I wanted a study that helped to develop skills I could use throughout reading the Bible and THIS WAS IT!! Now I can read His word differently, paying attention to details taught to me through this study. And the message behind Judes writing- I never fully comprehended until now- amazing! This book was SO helpful for my spiritual growth and I'm hungry for more!!

Such a great study of God's Word from so short a text!

Wow, better than I could have ever imagined. This study was awesome!! So much insight in such a well written manner. I took my time and wasn’t pressured by any time constraints. I allowed for the time listen for God throughout this study and stayed committed until completion. Take your time and enjoy the journey. Thank you Jackie!!!!!

I think it’s important to know that this study has a lot of homework. After saying that you should know that it is good homework and you learn a lot from the study. I’m very glad that I am doing it. Our group has very much enjoyed discussing this study each week.You also have access to the videos after buying the book. There is a code in the back for you. there’s plenty of room for you to write notes while you are watching the video and lots of space to write your answers for the homework. This was a very well thought out study. I will definitely do more of her studies.

I knocked off a star only because there is a lot of busy work in this study. However, there are times when the busy work is actually worthwhile, so I don't skip it. For such a short letter, Jude has a lot in common with today's world. This study made me contemplate just how far down the rabbit hole we are, and how much more we need to pray for the world. If you have a very busy schedule (kids, work, etc.), this study might be too much work at this time in your life. However, if your study leader is as understanding as mine, and it is okay not to have finished every single bit, then by all means, give it a go. There is much to contemplate there.

Who knew that a small book like Jude could hold such a HUGE amount of meaning to today's Christians? Jackie's teaching style is no-nonsense, concise and deep! This is a very pertinent study for today's world. I highly recommend it!
