Installation was a breeze, the brushed finish matches our shower arm perfectly, the pressure and water flow is amazing, just like in the pictures, every shower feels like a "downpour". In other words, it's like having a spa experience that we absolutely love. If you opt for the larger version for a more luxurious new shower head, then this one is definitely worth the investment.

It's great, exactly like standing in rain adjusted to whatever temp. you wish. My shower pipe is in the wall of my shower-bath tub. I found it necessary to purchase: "Naiture Offset Brass S Style Shape Extension Shower Arm, Extender Tube Shower Head, Brushed Nickel Finish". This is a special goose neck pipe that will elevate the Rain Shower Head by abut 5 more inches, and extend it a few more inches over to where you normally stand. This is a special pipe, not too expensive, and necessary, unless you are fortunate to have a shower pipe coming straight down from your ceiling. The shower head is well made; you will notice it feels heavy. Possibly too heavy to be held up by the wall pipe alone. I was afraid leave all the strain on where the pipe attaches to the shower wall. So I tethered the "special pipe" with stainless steel picture hanger wire. If you have 8 ft cielings, your "special pipe" will run horizontally about 4 inches from the ceiling. It only takes a short loop of stainless steel picture hanger wire to tether your pipe to the ceiling. Put the tether support near the end of the horizontal section of the pipe and make it taught enough to remove the leverage force from where the pipe attaches to your shower wall. My tether is only 4 inches, of silver wire and isn't noticeable. You will not have to worry about it breaking off where it attaches by pipe to the wall. I can imagine if it accidentally broke off from the wall it is so heavy (and has sharp 90 deg corners) and would likely damage your bath tub. I love it and have absolutely no relationship with the company that makes the pipe extender I bought. There may be other pipe extenders, if you can find another one like it, fine.

Needed to replace a 12" rain shower head that had 18 rows of silicone nipples (we have very high water pressure). If a 16" had been available when we set up our shower we would have bought it. I looked at Hansgrohe, which is what all our other bathroom fixtures are. Their rain shower head is 10" wide and costs $500. Moen's is small and round and costs $400. Delta's is the same, and $600!. This 16" wide head has the same number of rows as our old one, just spread out more. Great flow, wide enough to completely drench you by turning it so the corners are on the sides. It's thinner than our old one, really beautiful. I went on the seller's site and inquired about the warranty. They replied immediately that it is 3 years, full replacement if there is a problem, then added that I could extend it to four years by registering with them. It was an easy decision.

We have this on an outdoor shower, which has been used maybe 20 times since I installed it. It’s a really nice shower head, but when one of the silicone nozzles goes out, you end up with one strong stream coming down on you. Takes away from rain effect.*UPDATEThey read my original review and immediately contacted me and sent extra tips. I replaced the missing one, and everything is once again working as it should. The response and resolution from Derpras showed that they take customer service seriously.

This is the most enjoyable and economical rain shower head I’ve used. It actually feels like a heavy rain. I paid hundreds more for rain shower heads that were disappointing, not this one. But like all things advertised lately as “stainless steel,” it is rusting. Makes weird gasping sounds. I have to clean hard water deposits out of it, so maybe the problem is my city water and corrosion, not rust. I’ll be buying another one of these soon.

I am only giving it a 4 star review. I would have like a stronger water pressure. But it was better water pressure than my current 500.00 water fall shower head. So less money and stronger pressure, but was wanting more. The size 16 inches. Nice. The surface space, full body coverage was like a warm blanket. Imagine what a little better pressure would do.

This shower head is just what we wanted! We have a huge shower and needed water to cover more area. Very good quality and very pretty too!

Super easy installation and so far no problems at all. Flow is better than expected and required our family to start using the squeegy on the ceiling and walls because of the immense amount of water it drops (consider a heavy rain as comparison). We upgraded from a 4x4 ceiling mounted showerhead to this 16x16 and aren't looking back.
